1. Acceptance

By accessing noburn.dev you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

noburn provides budget guardrails and blocking for LLM API calls. The service is provided on an as-available basis during beta.

3. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding API keys and credentials. You must not share accounts or use the service for unlawful purposes.

You must have a lawful basis to process any end-user data you send via the SDK.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or abuse of the service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, noburn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
